These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bf89 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the bf89 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at bf89.net and any associated mobile interfaces.

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the bf89 platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and all balances and pending withdrawals associated with the secondary accounts may be forfeited.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Account security is your responsibility. You must:

All bets and wagers placed on the bf89 platform are governed by these Terms and the specific game or market rules applicable to the product being used. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall apply to that product only.

Sports Betting: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in once a bet is confirmed. bf89 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect or erroneous odds due to technical failure or data provider error. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets accepted during periods of market suspension may be voided at bf89's discretion. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national fixtures — settlement is based on the official result recognised by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, etc.).

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes at bf89 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is as published by the game provider. bf89 makes no representation that any individual player will achieve the published RTP over any particular period of play. Players acknowledge that all casino games involve an element of chance and that past results do not predict future outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct: The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bf89 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bf89 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any portion of the bf89 platform or its content.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any bf89 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any bf89 software.
• Use any bf89 trade mark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorisation from bf89.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the bf89 platform or its content on any other website or application.

All rights in game content are reserved to their respective owners.

In no event shall bf89's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bf89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication to the bf89 platform. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly alter player rights or obligations — bf89 will provide reasonable advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where contact details are available, notifying registered players by email or on-site message.

Your continued use of the bf89 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the bf89 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 08 above.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Previous versions of the Terms are archived and can be requested from bf89 customer support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the internal operating policies of bf89, having regard to the practical context of digital gaming services operating in the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute between a player and bf89, the following resolution procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Players must first raise their complaint with bf89 customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

Nothing in this section limits a player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

All correspondence related to formal complaints must be submitted in English. bf89 conducts all compliance and dispute resolution processes in English, consistent with the operating language of this platform.
